To facilitate contacts and free up Ward Council Leadership to perform other functions it is the responsibility of individuals to report to: 1st : their own head of households (i.e. children should tell parents, spouses should contact one another; 2nd : for heads of households to report to their ministering brothers/ministering sisters or if that is not possible their elders quorum presidency/ Society Presidency. Doing this will reduce the amount of work needed by leadership to search out missing individuals. Please note that all will be invited to be added to the app it is a free app and will have one way communication to you and then response directly to the ward command.
